My standard fee for an individual session is $180.

 

​I am currently an in-network provider with the following insurances:
Aetna, Regence (but not Medicare Advantage plans), RGA (Regence Group Administrators), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Anthem, HMA (Healthcare Management Administrators), Asuris Northwest Health, Bridgespan, Providence Healthcare Plan (Signature, Choice, Extend PPO, Connected Care, ProvConnect). 

For clients using these plans, services will be billed directly to your insurance company. Depending on your specific plan, you may be responsible for a copayment or coinsurance amount.
 

If I am not currently a provider for your insurance plan I can provide you with a super-bill, which you may submit to your health insurance for out-of-network reimbursement — you can check to see if your specific plan

includes this benefit.

For clients choosing to pay out-of-pocket, I am committed to making therapy accessible. A sliding scale fee structure is available to those experiencing financial hardship.
 

All out-of-pocket fees, copayments, and coinsurances are due at the time of service and can be paid by
cash, check, or Venmo.

When an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your standard session fee will apply. Kindly note that this fee must be paid out-of-pocket by the client, as insurance companies do not cover these charges.
