I work with individual clients who are adults or elders (anyone over 18 years old).

I work really well with clients who want to deepen and grow their awareness of authentic self, heal from trauma and grief, manage and resolve anxiety and depression, discover meaning and purpose, and evolve the relationships they have in their lives.

We can see each other in person at my office or via video tele-health sessions. Your location must be within the bounds of the State of Oregon during video tele-health.

If you need to change or cancel a session, please let me know at least a day (24 hours) ahead

so that I have time to offer the session to someone else, otherwise

a cancellation fee will apply.
